Davis Barbequed Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
- 2 sweet potatoes, large
- 1 stick of butter (I use I can't Believe Its Butter)
- 4 Large Tablespoons chopped garlic in water

Directions
Wash and clean sweet potatoes.
If ends are pointed cut off with knife.
Slash top of potatoes with sharp knife (only 1/4" deep)
Tear-off 4 large sheets of aluminum foil (approx 14" long)
Place one potato on first sheet, add 1/3 stick of butter to top of potato (press butter down on potato).
Add 2 tablespoons of chopped garlic to butter surface (spread out).
Carefully wrap first sheet of foil around potato taking care to wrap ends in before final wrap (to seal in juices).
Place wrapped potato in second sheet of foil, wrapping as above.
Repeat for all potatoes needed.
Place on barbeque rack (low heat)for approximately 50 minutes.
Check periodically to see if they are done.
Potatoes are fabulous!
