Ingredients
- 2 tbl. all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup white wine
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 clove fresh garlic (pressed)
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 pounds of salmon fillets
- 2 tbl. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. dill weed
- paprika

Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 9x13" baking pan. Arrange fillets in pan in a single layer. Blend sour cream, mayonnaise, flour, lemon juice, dill, cream cheese, garlic and wine with a whisk.
Spread mixture over salmon fillets. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika (to taste).
Bake, uncovered for approximately 15 minutes or until fish flakes when checked with a fork. Makes about 4 servings.
